    Some packs will let you modify the wheels and others won’t. You might get away with the holes drilled in some that allow certain modifications, but not others like cupping the wheels or tilting them. The best thing to do is ask your pack.

  Painting wheels is easy. Chuck ’em up in a variable speed drill. Steady hand with the brush and slow speed.
