Hot Wheels Twin Mill and Splittin’ Image

Thinking back to my youth, I fondly remember two of the coolest Hot Wheels from the 1960’s... Twin Mill and Splittin’ Image. I had turn turn these into pinewood derby cars! Due to the racing wheels I used, they are not scout legal, however, they do meet all other rules for size and weight. Splittin’ Image took nearly 8 hours of carving from a single pine block with poplar width extensions. Twin Mill took about 2 hours to carve. Both cars use 1/24 scale model engines and Rustoleum glitter paint. These weren’t meant to race, just for show. What do you think?
