Georgia Boy Scouts Travel To Guatemala To Help Cub Scouts
The Scouts from Troop 444 in Marietta, Georgia, aren’t afraid to travel a long way from home to help out some Cub Scouts.
Cub Scout Pack 7, located in a small village near Guatemala City, was started four years ago by the leader of Troop 444, who regularly volunteers to help a church-led Guatemala mission team. Each year, the older Scouts travel south to visit Pack 7 and help them with events like their pinewood derby and blue-and-gold dinner.
