What’s Next for the 2015 Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Photo Contest?
It’s getting close to the end of the month and for most of you that means wrapping up your Pinewood Derby events. For us it means wrapping up Phase 1 of the 2015 Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Photo Contest!

We’ve received over 700 entries so far for the Pinewood Derby Photo Contest, and wow! We had no idea how many stellar photographers there are in Cub Scouts! If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the gallery of entries for the Pinewood Derby Photo Contest.

So what happens now? Well, first of all, you have just a few more days to submit your photo into the contest (Deadline: Feb. 28th), and then on March 1st, we’ll post an image library on Facebook of the finalists. Then it’s up to you to vote for your favorites by giving them a “like” on Facebook.

Mostly, however, this contest has really been all about having some fun with one of our favorite Cub Scout traditions of the entire year: Pinewood Derby! So if you love the Derby, and you have the photos to prove it, share the love by submitting your photo to our Pinewood Derby Photo Contest before Saturday, February 28th!
