Giving the Gift of Reading
Here at Boys’ Life, we get a lot of cool stuff. Companies are always sending us goodies with the hopes that we’ll write about them in our magazine.
We get things like video games, snacks, DVDs, movie passes, and books. Lots and lots of books.
So where do all of those books end up when we’re done with them? It’d be a shame to throw them all in the recycling bin, so instead we donate them to schools and libraries, where they can be enjoyed by kids, teachers, students, parents, Scouts … and just about anybody.
The photos below were sent to us by Frank Rogers, the media specialist at Wynbrooke Elementary School in Stone Mountain, Ga., who was there when students opened up a package from Boys’ Life.
