Whitewater rafting on TV
When it comes to getting a high reward out of relatively little effort, whitewater rafting is one of the best bangs for your bucks in all of Scouting. Things get a little trickier when you add a TV crew into the mix.
Two Eagle Scouts hit West Virginia’s New River on Thursday, July 12, and they were followed close behind by a film crew from the Scouting For Adventure TV show that airs on the Outdoors Channel.
You’ll have to watch Season 5 of Scouting For Adventure when it airs this fall to find out how it went, but I’ll say this: the weather was great, the water was cool (but not TOO cool) and the videographers worked their behinds off to keep up.
