Are You Tougher Than A Boy Scout?
There’s a new TV show about Scouting coming soon, and it looks terrific.
Are You Tougher Than A Boy Scout? will make its debut on the National Geographic Channel on March 4 at 7 p.m. Central time. There will be six episodes, concluding with the series finale on April 8.
The reality show pits a Boy Scout against an average, ordinary adult who isn’t involved in Scouting. Each week, the rivals will be tested on a series of outdoors-related challenges.
The company behind the show, Original Productions, has produced many successful shows before, including Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, Coal, Ax Men, 1,000 Ways to Die, Storage Wars,and Pitchmen.

I can’t wait to see this! A bunch of people at my school are saying a bunch of really mean things about scouting. Maybe a couple of them will see this though and change their minds.
Brings back so many memories…I am 51 now with kids and grand kids…How I loved being a scout…Some of the happiest times of my life! Stay with it guys!
My boys both made Eagle and they said they are always surprised when their friends don’t know basic things, like how to make a fire correctly, sharpen a knife the right way, tie a knot that stays tied or how to make a slip knot.
