How to Stretch Correctly
Stretching your muscles helps increase flexibility and coordination.
Stretching is a critical element to working out and getting in shape. Here are a few examples of stretches to get you started.

This exercise works the deltoid muscles.
This exercise works the pectoralis or front of chest.
This exercise works the biceps and the front of the arm.
