AT Hikers Make Progress, Share Advice
Eagle Scouts Charlie Timberlake and Randy Wright know a thing or two about hiking. They’re currently in the middle of an Appalachian Trail thru-hike in honor of one of their friends from Scouting who died of cancer.
The guys are blogging their journey and recently shared their top seven pieces of advice for hiking the Appalachian Trail.
Among the bits of advice: Bring plenty of warm clothes, take your time to stop and look around, and bring plenty of toilet paper.
