Be a Better Leader; Try NAYLE
Boy Scouts are leaders, and there’s no better training for leaders than the National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience.
NAYLE is for older Scouts and is held at Rocky Mountain Scout Camp, about two miles from Philmont’s base camp. To participate in NAYLE, you must meet the following requirements:
• Successful completion of Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops or Crews (ILST or ILSC) and National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
• Be in top physical condition; a BSA Annual Health & Medical Record Form is required
• Be 14 years of age by the first day of your course, but not yet 21 years old
• Hold a unit leadership position

Or you could just join the Civil Air Patrol which is a national organization much like boyscouts only in my experience it is a lot more fun. but its a different kind of fun
