Boy Scouts are leaders, and there’s no better training for leaders than the National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience.
• Successful completion of Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops or Crews (ILST or ILSC) and National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
• Be in top physical condition; a BSA Annual Health & Medical Record Form is required
• Be 14 years of age by the first day of your course, but not yet 21 years old
• Hold a unit leadership position
