Well, you have to gather all the cookie/gear thingies-there are 5. They are located all over, so you’ll have to explore. Once you find them, go to the flashing places with a silhouette of the gear things and press either Z or X.
All you have to do is hit the same button you used to pick it up when you find a place to put it (it should tell you where to put it)
100% on almost everything except 60% pictures and 63% rats!
