you collect the purple diamond and go to the teleportor.
Its a yellow symbol with a bomb in it.It’s at the top of the crab cave.

Keep exploring. Eventually you’ll find a yellow symbol with a mail bag in it press the “x” key on the key board to shoot.

Each boss has its own technique. For the crab you need to locate the throwable mail upgrade. Boss Bat is insane because you need very strong and explosive mail. I hope this helps you. for everything else just try around and find your own pattern to defeat these bosses
